ENGIE opens enrollments for Internship Program

The largest private sector energy company in Brazil, operating in generation, trading and transmission, gas transportation and energy solutions, has opened enrollments for its Internship Program 2020. The aim is to offer professional experience to technical and higher education students in a collaborative environment and one with opportunities for development.
ENGIE provides internship vacancies for courses in different disciplines at its Corporate Center and in the Solutions in Energy and Gas Infrastructure Business (TAG) areas, located in the three capital cities where the company has offices and operations: Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Florianópolis.
Enrollments may be made by June 12 through the website www.engie.com.br/estagio. For enrolling in the program, the student must:
– have sufficient time to participate in the internship program for 30 hours weekly;
– be a student of one of the courses where there are vacancies (see the list of courses below)
– have sufficient time to participate as an intern in the city where the internship program is being held;
– expect to graduate between December 2021 and July 2022 (higher education level).
Benefits and selection process during the coronavirus pandemic
ENGIE’s Internship Program 2020 offers students a study allowance compatible with the market as well as travel, meal/food vouchers and group life insurance.
The selection process will be conducted remotely consisting of the following stages: application, screening, online testing and final interview as well as the hiring process as such.
The program is scheduled to begin between July 15 and August 15 and will be in accordance with guidance on resumption of normal office and operational activities at each location. Internships may eventually begin with online onboarding and activities conducted on a home office basis.
