ENGIE is a highlight in the 2019 Latin American Executive Team

In early July, the American Institutional Investor magazine announced the ranking of the best Latin American companies and business leaders. Once again, ENGIE was a highlight of the 2019 Latin America Executive Team.  Sell-side analysts elected the Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE Brasil Energia, Eduardo Sattamini, as best CEO and Carlos Freitas, ex-chief financial officer of the company as the best CFO. The company was ranked in first place in the Best Environmental, Social and Governance Metrics and placed second for the Best Annual Meeting with Analysts.

In all, 369 companies were nominated and ENGIE included among the highlights in view of its greatest accumulated success in the ranking. The survey reflects the opinion of 687 institutional investors and 313 sell-side analysts, that is, professionals who make recommendations so that their clients can make investment decisions both in the buying and selling of certain shares.

It is Sattamini’s view that this recognition reflects the efforts by the entire team. “We endeavor on a daily basis to excel in the consistent and transparent delivery of premium results, which are perceived thus by the financial market”.
